maintaining it because it

person. If your air conditioner runs but doesn't cool properly, it needs to be
cleaned or the refrigerant has to be recharged. Here are some guidelines:
- Before you start, make sure that the power of the unit is off. Unplug it or
shift the circuit from the electrical panel.
- Get the proper refrigerant for your unit
- Attach the cylinder of the refrigerant to the manifold hose at the pressure
gauge set of the unit.
- Throttle the gauge regulator and the regulator of the refrigerant.
- Once you are done purging, close the regulators.
- Attach the pressure gauge hose to the suction valve of your unit.
- Take the cap of the suction service valve out
- Open the regulator of the compound gauge and throttle the cylinder regulator
- Close the cylinder regulator when the correct amount of refrigerant is added
to the system.
- Once you are done, you should reassemble the unit.
- Test the unit. Plug the air conditioner and reset the power. Let the unit run
for a few minutes and check the pipes connected to the condenser unit. Check the
operating pressure and sight glass to make sure it's clean.
